Visit us anytime. Most setup or usage questions are solved immediately by our customer service team.

If deeper testing is needed, your projector will be checked in for technical evaluation. Repairs typically take 1–3 working days, depending on the issue.

When no repair is required, most customers have their issue solved within the same day.
